How do I get an activation code?+
After payment is confirmed, the code appears on the order confirmation page. Save the confirmation link so you can look up the order later.

Repeat the normal injection process once. If it still has no effect, sync the system clock to Beijing time (UTC+8), restart the PC, and try again.

What if the game closes unexpectedly during play?+
This may be caused by low memory. Press Win + R, enter %TEMP%, and remove files that are not in use. Close other memory-intensive apps and restart the game.
Why does the app close immediately after launch?+
This applies to exits on launch, during data sync, or while requesting authorization. Set the time zone to Beijing time (UTC+8), sync the system clock, and restart. If the app still exits, check access to the service node and try another network. If needed, try 爱加速 with a municipality or major-city node. Start only one accelerator or proxy before the app; do not run other proxies or game accelerators at the same time.
What should I do if driver installation or loading fails?+
Make sure Tencent Game Anti-Cheat (AntiCheatExpert/ACE) is not running and CS2 FACEIT Anti-Cheat is uninstalled with no remaining files. If the driver still fails, a Windows code-integrity policy may be blocking it. Disable Secure Boot in BIOS, download and run Strasolve as administrator, and wait for it to finish. Re-enable Secure Boot, restart the PC, then launch VALORANT. Download Strasolve.
